Mr. Saha Roy, learned advocate appearing on behalf of applicant prays for stay of operation of judgment dated 13th May, 2020. He submits, all documents have been disclosed in the application and the appeal itself can be heard.

He submits, competent authority to his client, an officer of the bank, was the Chairman, upto appointment of enquiry and presenting officers. The Chairman acted thus far and thereafter the General Manager. This was before amendment to the Regulations.

Ms. Rao, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, the appeal can be heard and disposed of on hearing the application.
