Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment and order dated
24.03.2021 herein. The Appellate Court affirmed the order passed
by the learned Judicial Magistrate in respect of refusal of the
prayer relating to accommodation.
As no interim relief can be granted without affording an
opportunity to the opposite parties, I direct the petitioner to effect
service upon the opposite parties by Speed Post with A.D. and file
affidavit-of-service on the date fixed for hearing.
