The present revisional application is against the judgment and

order of conviction and sentence under Sections 354 and 448 of

Indian Penal Code. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate seeks for an

accommodation.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the

State. Mr. Ganguly is directed to take necessary instruction

regarding the availability of the defacto complainant or her heirs

from the Officer-in-Charge, in connection with Ilambazar Police

Station Case no. 68 of 1994 dated 2 nd November, 1994 and

submit such report on the next date.
