Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this matter is similar to one matter in which order passed by this Court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021. In that matter candidate was granted liberty to file representation before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission individually and not jointly and certain directions were also given by this Court upon the School Service Commission.

I have been intimated that this order has been carried to appeal and the appeal Court has passed an order. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in the above writ application does not have any separate existence and now has merged with the order passed by the appeal Court on 20th July, 2021.

The petitioners have the liberty to follow the judgment and order passed by the Appeal Court.

This writ application has been filed by 9 writ

petitioners. The petitioners have intimated that the full

court fees in this respect has been filed which are evident

from first few pages of the writ application.

With the above direction, this writ application is

disposed of.
