The present revisional application was preferred for
transfer of the proceedings from the Court of the learned
Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Howrah to the court of the
learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore.
Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing
for the State submits a report of the Inspector-in-Charge of
Howrah Police Station which reflects that the trial of the case
is over before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court,
Howrah and accused persons have been acquitted of the
charges.
In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for. As
such, CRR 1002 of 2012 is dismissed.
Report dated 19.07.2021 so submitted along with the
photostat copy of the judgment of the learned court below be
kept with the record.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order
duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
