There is a typographical error in the judgment and

order dated September 9, 2020. The number of application

has been erroneously recorded.

Accordingly, in the judgment and order wherein it

has been written "CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 6476 of

2020)" wrongly, it be corrected as "CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No.

CAN 5138 of 2020)".

The corrections be incorporated in the order

dated September 9, 2020. The department is directed to act

accordingly.
