The Court: This appeal from a judgment and order dated 19th

October 2020 passed by a learned single judge in a writ application

directing registration of the deed of conveyance in respect of the subject

property in favour of the respondent by treating the market value as that

fixed by the Court by its orders dated 24th September 2018 and 13th

March 2020, is formally admitted.

There is another intended appeal from the orders dated 24th

September 2018 and 13th March 2020 which is scheduled to be listed on

24th February 2021.

List this appeal alongwith other appeal, if properly filed, on 24th

February 2021 as "New Application".
