The Court:- The writ petitioner alleges that the subsistence

allowance which was directed to be paid by the judgment dated 1st

October, 2019, has not been paid to him till date.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt

application upon the contemnor no.3 intimating that the matter

will appear in the list on 12th March, 2021.

Pendency of the contempt petition will not stand in the way

of the contemnor from disbursing the subsistence allowance in

terms of the direction passed in the judgment dated 1st October,

2019.
