This is a matter wherein the husband has come before this Court

challenging the judgment dated 24.8.2018 passed by learned Additional

District and Sessions Judge, 17th Court, Alipore in Criminal Revision No.

374 of 2017 whereby maintenance payable to the wife has been enhanced.

Since the matter is listed before me for the first time, the petitioner is

directed to file an affidavit regarding his present earning and the amount

of maintenance he has already paid to his wife.

Let the matter be adjourned and fixed on 19.1.2022.
