Zilla Parishad has taken note of the report dated

24.01.2020 of the BL & LRO and submits that the

land indeed belongs to them. Steps should

immediately be taken for the purpose of

demolition and/or removal of the unauthorized

structures (four goomties) on such land.

It is ordered that the demolition and

cleaning up of the said land, should be

undertaken and completed within a period of six

weeks from the date of communication of a copy of

this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ

petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this

judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon

compliance of all formalities.
