The Court : The judgment debtor nos. 1 and 2 are produced under arrest.

Both the judgment debtors have given an undertaking that they shall be present

as and when directed by this Court. Accordingly, the warrant of arrest against

both the judgment debtors stands discharged. It is also submitted on behalf of

the judgment debtors that they have engaged Mr. Simanta Kabir, Advocate of this

Court in this proceeding. The judgment debtors also undertake to file their

Affidavit of Assets and remain present when directed for Examination.

Accordingly, the time to file Affidavit of Assets by both the judgment

debtors are extended by a period of two weeks after ensuing vacation. The

Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtors are directed to serve a

copy of the Affidavit of Asses on the Advocate appearing of the decree-holder.

Let this matter appear on 18 January, 2022 for fixing a date for

examination of the judgment debtor.
