The Court : This is an application for execution of a award dated 29 th

August, 2020. None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any

accommodation prayed for on their behalf. It appears that there has also been

non-compliance by the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, let a warrant of arrest be issued against the

judgment-debtor no. 2. The matter is made returnable on 20 th January, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-debtors on the returnable

date.
