Date : 10th December, 2021

The Court:- This is an application for execution of an award dated 31 st

March, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder the award has

become final, enforceable and binding and there is no challenge pending against

the same. The award is for a sum of Rs.12,50,955/-.

In view of the fact that the award has become final, enforceable and

binding, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their Affidavit of Assets in Form

No. 16A of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment

debtors.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of February, 2022.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to forthwith issue a notice

on the judgment debtors informing them of the passing of this order and file an

affidavit of service on the returnable date.
