The Instant appeal is directed against the judgment and award dated September 09, 2020 passed by the learned Judge, 2nd Court, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, in M.A.C. Case No. 41 of 2013.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. In my view this is a matter that can be mutually settled by and between the claimants and the Insurance Company.

Accordingly, direction is given to both the parties to settle this matter amicably within a period of two weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the list two weeks hence.

A sincere effort is to be made by the parties to settle the dispute within the stipulated period.
