The challenges are with regard to the

disqualification of the directors. Such issue was

considered in W.P.A.22790 of 2019 ( Goutam Mehra vs.

Union of India and others) by the judgment dated October

15, 2020.

The issues sought to be raised in the present writ

petition is similar to those of Goutam Mehra(supra).

Therefore, it would be appropriate to refer the present

writ petition to the larger Bench in terms of Goutam

Mehra(supra).
