Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that

this matter is covered by a judgment passed by this Court

in WPA 10789 of 2021 ( Abhijit Ghosh -vs- State of West

Bengal & Ors.). The order passed by this Court in the

matter was carried to appeal and the appeal court has

also passed an order. The order passed by this court has

merged with the order of the appeal court. In no way this

matter will be construed as an order for extension of time

to file representation to the Commission.

The petitioners have the liberty to follow the appeal

court's judgment.

This matter is disposed of.
