1. The Petitioner no.1 is a foreign national. Admittedly, the visa of

the accused/Petitioner no.1 for stay in India has expired on 29 th

December 2025. Mr. Siddiquee, learned counsel appearing for the

Petitioners submits that the accused requires travel permission on

medical ground of his family members. Mr. Srivastav, learned counsel

appearing for Respondent no.3 opposes the application on the ground

that there are several orders passed against the accused/Petitioner no.1

which needs to be executed.

2. Ms. Iyer, learned Additional Public Prosecutor invites my attention

to the chart at paragraph no.9 at page nos.5-6 of the Petition and submits

that there are several legal proceedings that are pending against the

Petitioners where travel permissions have also been rejected.

3. Considering that the visa of the accused/Petitioner no.1 has

already expired, leave is granted to the Petitioners to add "Foreign

Regional Registration Office (FRRO), Mumbai Office" as a party-

Respondent in this Writ Petition. The amendment shall be carried out

forthwith and re-verification is dispensed with. A copy of the Writ

Petition shall be served by the learned counsel for the Petitioners on the

FRRO, Mumbai Office.

4. List the matter on 1st June 2026.
