2.         Heard learned counsel Mr. R.R. Karpe for the petitioners. He tenders
the proclamation issued by Ajinkya Uttamrao Autade Multi State Co-operative
Credit Society Ltd., Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar, through its Sale Officer,
dated 08.05.2026. He submits that pursuant to the said proclamation, the
auction is scheduled to be held on 23.05.2026 and 25.05.2026.

3.         Considering the above, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the
petitioners. Hence, the following order:


                                       ORDER

(i) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.06.2026. Learned Central Government Counsel waives service of notice for respondent No.1 in the respective petitions. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.2 to 6 in the respective petitions.

(ii) Till the next date, the auctions scheduled on 23.05.2026 and 25.05.2026 pursuant to the proclamation dated 08.05.2026 are hereby stayed, subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in each petition in the concerned Society, within a period of two weeks from today.
