PER COURT :
1.        Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.

2.        The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.0641

of 2025 registered with Police Station Hingoli City Dist. Hingoli

punishable under Sections 120-B, 471, 468, 467, 465, 409, 408, 420 of

IPC read with Sections 3 and 4 of MPID Act, 1999.

3.        Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 06.07.2026. Learned

APP waives service of notice for respondent - State.

4.        Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role attributed

to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant

of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection

to the applicant. Hence, the following order:

                                     ORDER

(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant, namely, Anil Dilwale 2 907-ABA-832-26.odt

Parappa Bandhu in connection with Crime No.0641 of 2025 registered

with Police Station Hingoli City Dist. Hingoli punishable under Sections

120B, 471, 468, 467, 465, 409, 408, 420 of IPC read with Sections 3 and

4 of MPID Act, 1999, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and

Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every

Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next

date.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in

any manner whatsoever.

(iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
