1. The present praecipe is moved in the Vacation inter alia narrating the urgency that the learned Special Court has convicted the Applicant vide the judgment and Order dated 4 th May, 2026. It is submitted that the Applicant was convicted under Section 509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and was sentenced to undergo one year

simple imprisonment with fine of Rs.7,000/-. The said fine according to the Applicant is already deposited on 4 th May, 2026. The learned trial Court however, suspended the sentence and released the Applicant on bail bond of Rs.10,000/- till 3 rd June, 2026. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that since the period of suspension expired in the vacation, it is necessary to continue the same.
2. Learned A.P.P. submits that she has now been served with the copy of Interim Applications in the Court.
3. Since the period of suspension of sentence comes to end on 3 rd June, 2026 i.e. during vacation, the same is extended by the period of four weeks so as to enable the Applicant to approach the Regular Court.
4. Stand over to 10th June, 2026.
