PER COURT :

1.                 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the

learned APP for the Respondent - State.

2.                 The applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime

No.0121 of 2026, dated 25th March 2026, registered with Kotwali

Police Station, Dist. Parbhani, for the offences punishable under

Sections 3(5), 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2023.

3.                 Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 19th June

2026.

4.                Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondent - State.

5.                      Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the

role attributed to the applicants, the applicants have prima facie made

out a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to

grant interim protection to the applicants. Hence, the following order.

                                     ORDER

(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the

applicants (1) Prashant @ Prasad Bandu Gavli and

(2) Lakhan @ Nageshwar s/o Bandu Gavli in

connection with Crime No.0121 of 2026, dated 25 th

March 2026, registered with Kotwali Police Station,

Dist. Parbhani, for the offences punishable under

Sections 3(5), 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya

Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on

executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹ 15,000/-

each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(b) The applicants shall attend the concerned police

station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00

a.m. and 02:00 p.m. till the next date.

(c) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution

evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(d) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating

Agency.
