PER COURT :

1.                 Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the

learned APP for the Respondent - State.

2.                 The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with Crime

No.0076 of 2024, dated 14 th February 2024, registered with Gandhi

Chowk Police Station, Dist. Latur, for the offences punishable under

Sections 406, 409, 420, 201, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian

Penal Code, 1860.

3.                 Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 25th June

2026.

4.                Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondent - State.

5.                      Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the

role attributed to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out

a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to

grant interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order.

                                     ORDER

(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the

applicant - Premkishor Mathuradas Mundada in

connection with Crime No.0076 of 2024, dated 14 th

February 2024, registered with Gandhi Chowki Police

Station, Dist. Latur, for the offences punishable under

Sections 406, 409, 420, 201, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w

34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , he be released on

bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹

15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police

station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00

a.m. and 02:00 p.m. till the next date.

(c) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution

evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(d) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating

Agency.
