May 2026. The Investigating Officer was not present, hence, time was

sought by the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State and it was

adjourned to 18th May 2026. Today, also the learned A.P.P. states that

the Investigating Officer is on leave, hence, unable to remain present.

He seeks some time to take instructions and argue the matter.

2) In this premise, stand over to 26th May, 2026.

3) Till that time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the

Applicants.
