1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the subject structure as
set out in the Petition is situated on the property in respect of which the
Circle Officer has issued the demolition notice. He submits that the Circle
Officer has no jurisdiction to pass such an order. He further submits that
due process of law has not been followed.
2. Ms. Purav, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-State,
seeks time to file an Affidavit-in-Reply. Time is granted.
3. Considering the above, by way of an ad-interim order, until the next
date, the subject structure (Supra) shall not be demolished.

4. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
