1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Pursuant to the order of this

Bench dated 12 May 2026 the corpus is now before us in Court. The parties

i.e. the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 (mother and father of the child

respectively) are also present. The Respondent No.2-father has stated that

he is ready and willing to hand over the custody of the child to the

Petitioner (mother). Such statement is accepted.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions has stated that

the Petitioner is presently residing at Plot No.24/2, Ganga Nagar, Sector 28,

Akurdi, Pune City, Pune - 411035 with her Aunt. On instructions, he would

state that the Petitioner would continue to reside at the said address in

Pune until the next date and/or until further orders passed by this Court.

3. We clarify that Respondent No.2 (father) would have access to the

child for three hours each day. The time of such access can be mutually

decided subject to the convenience and best interest of the child.

4. It is clarified that the Petitioner (mother) will not move/shift the

child out of the said address until the next date and/or until further orders

passed in these proceedings.

5. The custody of the child is being handed over to the Petitioner

(mother) by the Respondent No.2-father.

6. Stand over to 12 June 2026.

7. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
