1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Attention of this Court is drawn to the earlier order dated 12 May

2026 passed of this Court. Pursuant to such order, an affidavit in

compliance has been filed on behalf of the Respondents dated 13 May

2026.

3. On perusal of paragraphs 2 of the said affidavit which reads that

in compliance of the order dated 12 May 2026, the website

"unitedpetrofer.com" has been shut down and access to the said website

has been disabled on or before 05:00 p.m. on 13th May 2026.

4. At this stage, this Court does not find any reason to disbelieve the

statement made on oath in the said affidavit dated 13 May 2026. In the

event, there is continued non-compliance of the order which according

to the Petitioner subsists, the Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate

proceedings, in that regard.

5. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would ventilate a grievance

that there is no unconditional apology in the affidavit in compliance

which ought to have been there considering breach of the earlier orders

passed, as alleged by the Applicant.

6. List the matter for further consideration/compliance on 19 June

2026.

7. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
