1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. On a specific query made by the Court as to whether the

regularization application has been considered, the learned counsel for the

Respondent-Corporation points out that such application for regularization

was not of the said structure which according to the Corporation is an

unauthorized structure and was not merely considered but also

returned/rejected after consideration on 20 February 2026.

3. In such view of the matter, any urgent relief at this stage are not

warranted. Let the matters be placed before the regular Court.

4. Liberty to mention after reopening.

5. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
