1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Mr BG Ligade, the learned

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, submits at the very outset

that the issues in Sr 11 and 13 are similar and therefore, common order can

be passed.

2. The Petitions are moved on the ground of urgency being that the

final Select List for the post of the Administrative Officer, Group 'B',

Public Health Department, pursuant to the Advertisement dated

19.03.2022, issued by the Respondent No.2 i.e. the MPSC, is being

published by the MPSC, and if this is done, the Petitions will become

infructuous.

3. Issue Notice returnable on 15.06.2026. Mr Kakade, the learned

Additional GP waives service on behalf of the Respondent No.1. Humdast

permitted.

4. Considering the fact that the MPSC has published the provisional

merit list and is also in the process of publishing the final select list for the

above post, it would be just and expedient to direct that any further steps

taken by the said respondent shall be subject to the outcome of these

Petitions.

5. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits

of the Petition. Stand over to 15.06.2026.

6. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
