1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This petition has been moved on the ground of extreme

urgency. According to the Petitioner, he is under a threat of eviction

from the said premises pursuant to the Notice dated 2 nd May, 2026

(Exhibit - N to the petition).

3. In this background, we have heard the learned Senior

Counsel Mr.Kirti Munshi for the Petitioner, Ms. Smita Tondwalkar for

the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 - BMC, Mr. Vikramjit Garewal for the

Respondent No.5 and Mr. Bhavin Shah for the Respondent Nos.6 to

8.

4. Learned Counsel Ms. Smita Tondwalkar for the

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 - BMC states that the Notice under Section

354 of the Act has not yet been issued. Accordingly, there appears to

be no urgency and/or an apprehension of eviction at this stage.

5. Place the matter in due course. Liberty to move in case of

urgency.
