1. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. He refers to the
Order Dated 20th April, 2026.
2. In paragraph 5 of the said order, the Co-ordinate Bench of
this Court had directed the Applicant to remove the office objections
which were remaining, within a period of three weeks from the said
date, failing which, the petition shall be rejected without any further

reference to the Court.
3. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner now states that the
original papers are not traceable in the Registry. For such reasons, the
time to remove the office objections is extended by a further period of
three weeks from today, which is to be accordingly complied with.
