Ms. Rashmi Tendulkar, the learned A.P.P. waives service for Respondent

No.1-State.

3) Mr. Dushing, the learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the

wife of the Applicant is present in the Court and she is ready to submit

all the electronic gadgets, such as mobile phone and laptop for

inspection. He is at liberty to submit the same before the concerned

Investigating Officer.
