1. Heard the respective counsels.

2. A short submission which is made by the counsels for the petitioners is that they are either the private unaided schools or the employees thereof and therefore cannot be directed to attend the duty pertaining to Census Work.

3. The Hon'ble Division Bench In Writ Petition No. 3612/2026 has already granted interim relief to similarly circumstanced persons. In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 3612/2026 dated 04/05/2026, I am inclined to grant interim relief. Hence, the following order is passed.

4. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after Summer Vacation-2026.

5. Mr. Saurabh Chaudhari, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, Mr. J.B.
