1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Respondent

Nos.1 to 3 would be publishing a final list for the post of Laboratory

Technician at any time soon. No details have been disclosed in this regard.

3. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that no

such list is being published as on date. She would also submit that there

are no vacancies available for the post of Laboratory Technician. The

Petitioner has applied to the post of Lab Technician, pursuant to the

advertisement dated 18/06/2025 issued by Respondent No.2. Be that, as it

may.

4. The Respondents are at liberty to file Reply to the Petition which

shall be filed on or before 10.06.2026. Liberty to the parties to apply

before Regular Court.

5. In the given factual complexion, any action taken by the

Respondents in these proceedings shall be subject to the final outcome of

this Petition.

6. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
