The identity of the parties is verified. They have filed the settlement deed in from 'N'. Accordingly the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- be paid to the Appellant as per the settlement.
The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the Appeal by filing a separate pursis.
The Appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The Appeal is disposed of as settled.
Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
