The Claimants and the Insurance Company has arrived at the amicable settlement as per the terms of compromise pursis, which are singed by the Appellants and the Advocate for both the parties. The pursis gives the details of the apportionment between the Claimants. The statutory amount be deposited in the bank account mentioned in the pursis.
