The instant Appeal is filed by the Insurance Company, challenging the Award passed by the learned MACP Amravati in MACP No.3 of 2011. In view of the Award, the insurance Company has already deposited the amount of Rs.41,95,452/- . The Respondent No.1 Original Claimant was allowed to withdraw 50% of that amount. By the memorandum (N) the Insurance Company intent to withdraw the Appeal and authority letter to that respect is placed on record issued by the Insurance Company. There is no cross objection or the Appeal filed by the Original Claimants. In view of this, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Remaining amount be paid to the original Claimants -Respondent No.1. Statutory amount with accrued interest and Court fees be paid to the Insurance Company.
