                                          ORDER

(Passed on 14.03.2026)

This is an Appeal filed by the Original Claimants claiming enhancement. The Claimant No.1 Smt.Vachhalabai Ramesh Narote and her daughter Claimant No.2 Ku. Anjali are present. The Respondent No.3 Ku.Prachi, the second daughter of the Appellant No.1 is reported to be in the examination. They are present with their Advocate. The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company is present with the Regional Manager Mr.Vijay Sawatkar of the Respondent-Insurance Company.

The terms of compromise are filed on record in form 'N'. As per the terms of compromise, the matter is settled for Rs.42,00,000/- towards the full and final settlement in addition to the amount of compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal. The terms of compromise is singed by the Appellant No.1 being the mother and by the learned Advocate for both the sides. As per the compromise pursis, the aforesaid amount towards the full and final settlement will be deposited by the Insurance Company in the Office of this Court within a period of eight (8) weeks. After the deposit of the amount the same be transferred in the account of MACT, Gadchiroli, After the deposit the Claimants would be entitled to withdraw the same as per the Award dated 20.07.2009 passed in MACP No. 41 of 2007.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise. The Court Fees be dealt with as per rules.
