(ii) In that view of the matter, State is directed to
pass appropriate reasoned speaking order in said
RTS Appeal bearing Nos.3424/1511 to
3428/1515 which are pending on the record of
the State within a period of eight (8) weeks from
today;
(iii) Copy of this order shall be forthwith served to
Government Pleader to inform Officer on Special
Duty of Mantralaya about this order and its
compliance.
