Criminal Application [APPP] No.28/2026:

The learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the office objections have already been removed and, therefore, he is not pressing for orders on this application.

Writ Petition No.50/2026:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to amend the petition.

02. Leave, as sought, is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith. Amended copy be served on other side.

03. The respondents shall place on record the copy of order of conferment of powers as also approval of detention order passed under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities Act, 1981 (for short, "the Act of 1981") so also order of confirmation passed under Section 12 of the Act of 1981.

04. List the petition on 26th February, 2026 subject to removal of office objections.
