Petitioner and Mr. Dahiphale, learned AGP for State.

2. Present Interim Application is filed by Applicant - Org. Petitioner

seeking amendment to the Writ Petition.

3. Mr. Pathak would submit that when the Petition was filed in the

year 2008, typed copy of impugned judgment & order dated

10.03.2008 was annexed as Exh. "O" to the Petition wherein paragraph

No. 8 of the impugned judgment was not typed or overlooked

inadvertently by the Advocate. Hence, in order to bring on record the

complete judgment copy, he seeks amendment by replacing the

incomplete Exh. "O" to the Petition with complete Judgment & Order

dated 10.03.2008.

4. Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) . Petitioner

is permitted to amend the Petition by annexing Exhibit 'A' appended to

the present Interim Application, i.e. a copy of the judgment dated

10.03.2008, without replacing the existing typed copy, as an additional

exhibit thereto. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the

amended Petition shall be served on Respondents.

5. Interim Application is allowed and disposed.

6. Place the Writ Petition on the Final Hearing Board as per its

turn.
