1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard learned counsel for

the parties.

2. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the proceedings filed

by her under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966

were heard on 17th April 2023 but no order in the said proceedings was

passed.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits

that with the change of Government the aforesaid proceedings would be

required to be re-heard.

4. In that view of the matter since the proceedings were filed by the

petitioner in 2023, it is directed that petitioner's Appeal No.2621/Case

No.08/J-3 be heard and decided on its own merits within a period of three

months from today.

5. With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule

accordingly. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.

6. The respective counsel to communicate this order to the concerned

parties.
