2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 1191 days in filing appeal.

3. The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the delay is caused as the applicant is staying at village and was not aware with the legal proceedings.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

5. The applicant shall waive the interest on the delayed period i.e. from the date of judgment.

6. The application stands disposed of.

7. The appeal be registered.
