passed in Complaint (ULP) No.26 of 2014 passed by 3 rd Labour Court,

Pune which is appended at Exhibit-B, page No.32 to the Writ Petition

and judgement and order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Revision

Application (ULP) No.65 of 2023 by Industrial Court, Pune which is

appended at Exhibit-A, page No.17 to the Writ Petition.

5. In view of the above, issue notice to Respondent.

6. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner

is directed to serve the Respondent a copy of this order and copy of

Writ Petition and inform about the next date of hearing by any

permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service

with tangible proof thereof.
