issued in the name of Zumbarbai Tukaram Gote, Mandabai Bhausaheb Gote, Chaldrakalabai Sakharam Gote and Santosh Balaji Gote, on undertaking to redeposit money with this Court, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

3. The applicants respectively shall give undertakings that they shall receive the money for themselves and on behalf of the legal representatives.
