2. This is an application for condonation of 1904 days caused in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur Bench Nagpur.

3. The reasons have been stated in the application.

4. Learned Advocate for the respondent submits that in the facts and circumstances, the Court may pass an appropriate order.

5. On going through the application, I am satisfied that reasons are sufficient to explain the delay.

On the basis of the reasons stated in the application, the case has been made out for condonation of delay. Accordingly delay of 1904 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

6. The appellants shall pay the costs of Rs.1,000/-. The costs is payable to Vidharbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur.

7. The appeal be registered.

8. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
