1. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on

30.07.2024.

2. Both these appeals have been filed on the ground of

negligence and excessive quantum. However, award is like a money

decree, no blanket stay could be granted.

3. Hence, there shall be an interim stay to the execution and

implementation to the impugned judgment and award till the next

date, on the condition to deposit the entire compensation amount as

per the impugned judgment and award with interest within eight

weeks from today.

4. If the amount is not deposited within the given time, stay

would be vacated automatically. There will be no extension of time to

deposit the amount.
