1. On the previous date following order is passed :-

"It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant that the Insurance Company i.e. Applicant/Appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount in this Court within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

2. In view of the submission made by learned Advocate for the Applicant / Appellant, the impugned Judgment and Award dated 07.09.2023 passed by the Ld. Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Latur in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 153/2015 shall be stayed subject to the Applicant/ Appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount in this Court."
