1.    Leave granted to correct the name of respondent Nos.1

and 2. Amendment be carried out forthwith.


2.    In a similarly situated matters, this Court allowed to

withdraw 75% of the amount on imposing conditions. Hence,

the following order :

                            ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court with accrued interest thereon. 50% of the amount be 2 906-CA.11597-23 & ors.odt

released on furnishing undertaking that they would deposit the money, if the judgment and award is reversed and balance 25% be released on furnishing solvent surety/surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial).

(iii) The balance amount be fixed deposited in the nationalize bank, as per the rules.
