1. Dr. Milind Sathe, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the

Slum Rehabilitation Authority states that the issue relating to

unauthorized occupation of rehabilitation tenements is engaged

attention of this Court in Original Side Writ Petition No.3483 of

2021 and to avoid plurality of judgments, this matter may be

connected and heard with the said Writ Petition.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid prayer and also having gone

through the prayers of the Petition, let this Petition be connected

and heard along with Original Side Writ Petition No.3483 of

2021.

3. We have been informed that PIL No.143 of 2019 has also

raised the same issue.

4. Accordingly, PIL No.143 of 2019 shall also be tagged and

heard along with PIL No.119 of 2009 and Original Side Writ

Petition No.3483 of 2021.

5. Let all these matters be placed before the Bench having

assignment of hearing the Original Side Writ Petitions.
