1. The above matters, along with Writ Petition No. 1897 of

2022 were reserved for judgment on 30th October, 2023. At that time

when all these matters were before us, we heard Writ Petition No. 1897

of 2022 and we were informed that the above writ petitions namely Writ

Petition No. 15282 of 2022, Writ Petition No. 15284 of 2022 & Writ

Petition No. 15283 of 2022 were identical to the Writ Petition No. 1897

of 2022. It is in these circumstances, we reserved judgment in all the

above matters.

2. However, after going through the papers, we found that the facts

in Writ Petition No. 1897 of 2022 as well as the impugned order therein

are materially different from the above writ petitions. In these

circumstances, today we have only pronounced judgment in Writ

Petition No. 1897 of 2022. We now release above writ petitions from us

and direct that the Registry shall place them before the regular bench to

be disposed of on merits.

3. All concerned to act on authenticated or digitally signed

copy of this order.
